As part of Luxury Dining Series 2026 “Across The Table”, Bittersweet Chocolatier was honoured to join JW Marriott Phu Quoc in inviting guests into a world where cacao is experienced from a different perspective - deeper, more refined, and more intimate.

At the Bittersweet experience, this journey unfolded through tasting and chocolate-making activities, inviting guests to discover the transformation of cacao, from its pure, natural form to the finished chocolate.
