1. Registration & Payment

  • Your registration will be confirmed upon receiving full payment.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or in person at the venue.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop will be eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop or for no-shows.

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration.
  • Bittersweet Chocolatier is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries that may occur during the workshop.

4. Workshop Experience

  • Bittersweet reserves the right to modify the workshop content, date, or instructor.
  • Photography and videos may be taken during the workshop and used for promotional purposes.

5. Liability

  • Bittersweet Chocolatier is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
